(t)RUST - a new play

(t)RUST is Marshall’s original one-act play that follows two estranged sisters and their childhood best friend as they reunite under sudden circumstances, only to find that they’ve all changed greatly. It’s a charming, laugh-out-loud, heartfelt story about family and what it means to connect.

The Reunion @ Penn State University

The Reunion

In an America where homosexuality is newly outlawed, a group of high school friends reunite for one Christmas night. What ensues is a flirty, sexy, dangerous game of who will tell their truth before it’s too late. The Reunion mixes humor with poignancy in a night to remember.

Written by Marshall Joun

The Reunion was produced by Penn State B.F.A. Acting in a reading directed by Steve Broadnax III (Thoughts of a Colored Man).

“Sometimes jokes are just lies. You know that, don’t you?”
